Fully Equipped Gym

We have a full line of machine weights, free weights and cardio machines such as ellipticals, treadmills, and recumbant bikes and even a water rower!   Our universal can support as much as 600lbs without a spotter!  We have many free weight dumbbells, barbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, body bars, and other equipment such as steps, BOSU's, resistance bands, heavy bags, kick bags, and TRX Suspension units all available for your use!

We also offer lockers, free towels, free water, and a line of protein powder, bars, and supplements that cannot be found in Brownwood, all containing natural ingredients that we believe will help improve your fitness.

We will soon be adding a juice/smoothie bar to offer you fresh organic health drinks to fuel you up and help you recover.  Stay tuned!
