Hoop it Up!
Hoop Chi: The sequence of movements in this low-impact, weight bearing exercise that moves the hoop off the body, can help improve or maintain balance, posture, mental acuity, joint fluidity, helps to strengthen and tone arms, shoulders and lower body.

Hoop It Up:  Fun total body workout using weighted hula hoops!  Beginners can do the workout without the hoop if needed. Builds core strength, Cardiovascular workout, Strengthens and tones entire body, Develops balance and coordination, Reduces stress and increases vitality,  Improves self confidence, Elevates your mood, Opens up creative self expression, Generates joy and laughter, Clears and quiets your mind
