Tai Chi
Tai Chi: martial art that is primarily practiced for its health benefits, including a means for dealing with tension and stress.  The moves are slow, flowing and executed precisely.  This exercise is to promote complete relaxation.  Tai Chi calms, energizes and strengthens the entire body. This is a specialty class that has an additional cost per class.
