    If you have found yourself feeling a little "blah" after any of your Holiday Festivities, try these tips: -Make yourself a big pitcher of cold water infused with lemon and mint. Shoot for 100 oz. -Start your day with a protein shake -Eat your greens - loading up on things like spinach, kale, etc. will help you shed any water that you've retained. An easy way to do this is to blend up some frozen spinach and/or kale and throw it into your protein smoothie. You can't even taste it.  Or add

    It is that time of year where we feel the pressure to make our resolutions and what is the most popular one?  Fitness Centers see a huge increase in membership in January, but then it slowly drops off about 3 months later.  Why?  Because a resolution is not a true commitment.  It isn't a promise to keep.  It still gives us a way out if we decide we don't feel like keeping it or if we don't see results fast enough.
